As soon als we can confirm your booking, a deposit-payment
of 50% has to be paid to our account in between 10 days. The
whole rent is due 30 days before the rental. Payment details
you will get with our confirmation mail.
Please let us know as soon as you make the payment. So we
can check it and send you the booking- and payment
confirmation. We recommend to make an insurance in case of a
cancellation.If the deposit-payment does not arrive, the
reservation will be cancelled.
With the payment of the deposit you agree the following
conditions:
If you cancel the booking after confirmation up to 61 days
befor rental, 25% of deposit is due.
If you cancel the booking 60 days before the rental, 50% of
the deposit is due.
If you cancel the booking 30 days before the rental, the
deposit is due.
If you cancel the booking 10 days before the rental, no
money will be paid back.

On annual rent and
monthly rent of more than 6 months a period of 3 months has
to be prepaid at least 10 days befor the rental starts.
The same also after each 3, 6, und 9 monts rental.
In case there is less than 3 months rent to follow, only
this has to be prepaid.
Generally there are always 6
to 3 months to be prepaid.
The extra costs will be
charched every 3 months and at the end of the rental period.
It has to be paid cash in THB.
On annual rental you
have the option of continuing the rent for any months you
wish. If you want to get this option, this has to be clearly
signed to the renter at least 3 months before the end of the
rental period. The price for the extended rent may be
adjusted to the actual costs. |
